Secondary School Teaching Assistant Role
We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in UK education who is passionate about supporting students and helping them reach their full potential.
What You’ll Do:*Support students in and out of the classroom to enhance learning
*Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
*Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs
*Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
What We’re Looking For:*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a UK classroom setting
*A caring and patient approach to working with young people
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
*A genuine passion for education and student development
