SME Account Handler

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced SME Account Handlers to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic office with a strong leadership team and a focus on growth and development.
Responsibilities
*Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
*Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
*Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
*Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Qualifications
*Proven experience in SME account handling
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
Day-to-day
*Engage with warm leads and existing accounts
*Collaborate with the SME team to drive business growth
*Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
*Work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
