We are recruiting on behalf of a well respected, independent Insurance Broker to help find an account executives to specialise in the Real Estate sector. They have a brilliant name in the Real Estate/Property insurance market and are looking due to growth.
Overview:
As an Account Executive specializing in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients within the industry. You will work closely with underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions and ensure excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Real Estate sector
*Identify client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
*Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
*Prepare and present client proposals and reports
*Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in insurance account handling or a related role
*Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry and associated insurance needs
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
*Relevant insurance qualifications or willingness to pursue them
Day-to-day:
*Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements
*Liaise with underwriters to obtain competitive quotes and coverage terms
*Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
*Monitor market trends and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
