Job Description:
Compliance Administrator
Salary : £30-£42,000
Location : Fleet
Hours of Work: 9am – 5.30pm 37.5 hours per week.
My client who are award-winning are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. They partner with some of the best-known brands and retailers worldwide to transform customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Compliance and/or Project or Sales Administration. We are looking for candidates who has good experience working within a manufacturing setting and has good business acumen. You will be responsible for managing the administrative and compliance within the sales and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Creating project folders and using ERP to ensure correct client and project information.
Prepare quotes
Create part codes in ERP alongside project manager
Monitor order confirmations/client PO’s
Create order confirmations for client teams
Monitor production ready dates and escalate if needed
Request project deliverables
Supporting project reconciliations and data analysis on costs vs budget
Chair weekly status meeting
Key Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally a manufacturing industry
High level of initiative and proactivity with the ability to work autonomously and balance multiple projects while meeting quick turn-around deadlines.
