Job Title: Architect
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £33-40,000 DOE

Daily Duties
*Contribute to or lead design stages from concept to completion
*Produce drawings, models and documentation using Revit
*Attend internal design reviews and client/consultant meetings
*Prepare planning, tender and construction packages
*Help manage project coordination and ensure compliance with UK regulations
*Support project delivery through all RIBA stages
Ideal Candidate
*Fully qualified Architect (newly qualified to senior level considered)
*Comfortable using Revit or eager to develop strong proficiency
*Strong design sensibility and technical understanding
*Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
*Lives within 45 minutes of Newark-on-Trent
*Happy to work full-time in the office, Monday to Friday
