Overview:
A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Senior Associate to join its respected Residential Property team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and play an integral role within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through a proactive and professional approach.
*Supervise and support junior team members where appropriate.
*Liaise effectively with agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth process.
*Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing.
*Confident in managing a varied caseload independently.
*Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
*Excellent client care and communication skills.
*Team-oriented with a commitment to quality service delivery.
