Paraplanner – National Wealth Management Firm
Location: Altrincham | Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + excellent benefits
Our client is a multi-award-winning Wealth Management firm. They provide expert, holistic financial planning and investment advice to a wide range of private clients, combining technical excellence with a personal, client-focused approach.
As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their collaborative team. The Role:
As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Planners and Sales Support to deliver high-quality, compliant financial planning reports and recommendations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive tailored, well-researched solutions that help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive technical support to Financial Planners in the preparation of advice.
*Conduct in-depth research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
*Prepare detailed, compliant suitability reports and recommendations.
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure all advice adheres to FCA and company standards.
*Collaborate with advisers and administrators to ensure a seamless client journey from advice to implementation.
*Keep up to date with legislative, technical, and market changes to support the delivery of high-quality advice.
About You:
*Previous experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax-efficient solutions.
*Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
*A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
*Ideally Diploma-qualified (DipPFS) or working towards Level 4 with a commitment to ongoing development.
