Job Description:
A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Executive to join a leading name in the premium FMCG sector, partnering with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands.
About the company:
A trusted brand of convenience products for shoppers convenience and to boost sales for retailers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a premium FMCG client portfolio across the Midlands and East Anglia regions.
*Account management (80%) and new business development (20%)
*Developing trusted partnerships with decision-makers including store managers to purchasing teams.
*Identify growth opportunities, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
*Regular territory travel to maintain face-to-face relationships with existing clients.
*Developing new business opportunities within the geographical area.
Experience & Skills needed:
*Minimum two years’ sales experience within the FMCG sector
*Proven track record in account management and business development.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach
*Able to build enduring relationships founded on trust and reliability.
Benefits:
*Basic salary £26-28k
*Uncapped commission, OTE £45k+
