Senior Civil Engineer
Oxfordshire / Hybrid
Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take ownership of high-profile infrastructure and development projects in Oxfordshire? The role As a Senior Civil Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and delivering multiple civil engineering projects efficiently and on budget
* Leading designs using 3D software, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations
* Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project stages
* Supporting the consultancy’s growth through high-quality delivery and client engagement
What you’ll bring We’re looking for a technically strong, proactive engineer with excellent leadership and project management skills.
You’ll need:
* A degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng)
* Proven experience in highways, drainage, or infrastructure design
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* Experience managing projects from concept through to completion
