Job Description:
S Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in South Coventry, who are looking to recruit a PA to join them. Supporting a brilliant and supportive senior leadership team, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves variety, getting involved in a number of different projects, and where no day is the same.
Salary: up to £35k
Working pattern: full time Monday to Friday on site
General Responsibilities
- Adhere to all statutory requirements regarding fire, health, safety and hygiene.
- Carry out any reasonable instruction as directed by a Manager [or Director].
- Always Deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Always maintain a high level of dress and appearance adhering to PPE where the role requires.
- Attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to all company regulations.
- From time to time, you may be required to carry out duties outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested by Management.
Job Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for SLT members.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions from leadership meetings.
- Manage confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion and accuracy.
- Support SLT with presentation preparation, reporting, and internal communications.
Office & Administrative Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact between SLT and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, client visits, and company events.
- Maintain efiling systems, records, and ensure document confidentiality.
Project & Process Support
- Assist with cross-functional projects and initiatives led by the SLT.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with ad hoc tasks as required.
