Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: c. £55,000 + benefits

We’re supporting a growing professional services organisation in appointing a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital presence, with a particular focus on website ownership, optimisation and long-term digital strategy.
This is a key role in shaping how the firm shows up online from overseeing a major website redevelopment through to improving user experience, analytics, SEO performance and digital governance.
What you’ll be responsible for * Own and develop the website: day-to-day management, optimisation and performance.
* Lead the upcoming website rebuild end-to-end- scoping, agency management and delivery.
* Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform decisions.
* Support SEO, UX, accessibility and content best practice across the site.
* Work closely with marketing, PR, and senior stakeholders to ensure messaging is effective and aligned.
* Line manage and develop a Digital Marketing Assistant.
* Shape and articulate a 3-5 year digital roadmap for the organisation.
We’re looking for someone who has * Demonstrable experience owning or leading website projects, ideally including platform migrations/redesigns.
* Strong capability in analytics, SEO and optimisation, with a data-informed mindset.
* Confidence working with agencies and senior stakeholders and able to influence and advise.
* Positive, collaborative approach and comfortable working across multiple teams.
* Experience supporting or guiding more junior digital/social colleagues.
