Salary: £28 - £41k per annum
Reed Further Education is seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Brickwork to join a dynamic Construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your industry expertise and shape the future workforce in brickwork and design, surveying and planning.
What you’ll be doing:*Delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Brickwork and Design, Surveying and Planning programmes.
*Supporting learners to achieve outstanding outcomes and realise their full potential.
*Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
*Embedding sustainability and industry relevance into your teaching practice.
What we’re looking for:*Industry professionals or qualified lecturers with experience in Brickwork and/or DSP.
*A commitment to learner success and inclusive education.
*Resilience, positivity, and a learner-first mindset.
*Teaching qualifications are desirable, but not essential the college can offer on-the-job teacher training.
