Looking for a commercially minded and experienced Construction Lawyer to join our growing team as a Construction Partner. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on complex disputes and is ready to step into a leadership role.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Construction and a talented team of Lawyers, advising a diverse client base from employers and contractors to consultants and trade federations.
Your focus will be on contentious matters, including adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court. You’ll also support clients with front-end construction issues, offering strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle.
This role suits someone who enjoys the challenge of resolving disputes while staying connected to the broader commercial and contractual aspects of construction law. You’ll be involved in everything from drafting pleadings and settlement agreements to mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development.
About You:
You’re a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 8 years’ PQE in construction disputes. You bring sharp advocacy and drafting skills, a strong commercial instinct and a collaborative mindset. You’re ready to lead, build client relationships and help shape the future of our construction practice.
