The successful Finance Business Partner will:
*Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
*Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to assist in performance tracking.
*Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve business operations.
*Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Review and challenge financial data to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
*Support the development and implementation of financial processes and policies.
*Assist in driving cost efficiencies and optimising resource allocation.
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A strong background in accounting and finance. .
*Proven ability to analyse financial data and communicate insights effectively.
*Experience in budgeting & forecasting.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
