Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner
Location: Near Cheadle, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus

The Role:
We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our busy property team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
*Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear and professional advice.
*Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documentation.
*Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
*Maintain high standards of compliance and file management.
*Contribute to the growth and reputation of the department through excellent client service.
Skills and Experience:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in residential conveyancing.
*Previous experience in a high street practice desirable.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
