Corporate Tax Senior Manager – Guildford
TPF Recruitment are supporting a leading accountancy firm in Guildford with the recruitment of an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected Top 10 firm with a strong focus on supporting entrepreneurial businesses and SMEs across a wide range of sectors.

The Opportunity
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of corporate clients, working closely with Partners to deliver complex tax advice and manage compliance processes. You’ll be involved in a blend of client advisory work, business development, and leadership responsibilities – an ideal next step for an ambitious tax professional ready to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing all aspects of compliance and advisory work.
* Support Partners with complex advisory projects, including restructuring, international tax, group relief, and due diligence assignments.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and high-quality service delivery.
* Lead and mentor a team of corporate tax professionals, conducting appraisals, providing coaching, and developing skills within the team.
* Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development initiatives.
* Contribute to strategic planning and workflow management within the tax department.
* Keep up to date with developments in UK corporate tax legislation and provide guidance to clients and colleagues.
Requirements About You
* CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
* Strong corporate tax experience within a professional practice environment.
* Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to research complex areas of tax legislation.
* Confident managing client relationships and leading a team.
* A proactive, commercial approach with an interest in helping clients grow and succeed.
