Job Description:
Conveyancer - Residential Property
Salary: £35,000-£50,000 (DOE)
Location: Derby | Employment: Permanent, Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions. You will work independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
*Draft, review and negotiate contracts and property documents
*Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
*Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other parties
*Conduct searches and ensure regulatory compliance
*Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
*Proven residential conveyancing experience
*Ability to run your own caseload independently
*Strong communication, organisation and client care skills
