Our leading law firm client in Exeter, Devon is recruiting an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Corporate Lawyer to join its high-performing, collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate ready for promotion or a Salaried Partner seeking a new challenge in the South West.

Role Overview – Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Partner
You will:
*Handle a broad corporate commercial caseload, including:
*Mergers, acquisitions and business sales
*Company law and corporate structuring
*Business and asset protection
*Strategic business planning for clients
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and shareholder agreements
*Work with owner-managed businesses, SMEs, startups, investors and funders
*Collaborate with an established team to grow the department and strengthen client relationships
Your Profile:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with corporate and commercial law experience
*3+ years PQE, though candidates at all senior levels considered
*No existing client following required – the firm has strong ongoing work
*Ambitious, client-focused and seeking a faster route to career progression
