Head Housekeeper – Part-Time – Cotswolds
A private organisation with residential and educational facilities in the Cotswolds is looking for a Head Housekeeper to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. Role Overview:
This is a hands-on position where you’ll oversee the cleanliness and presentation of guest accommodation, communal areas, and learning spaces. You’ll also be responsible for supervising a small housekeeping team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Details:
*Type: Part-time, Permanent
*Pay: £15.00 per hour
*Hours: 27.5 – 32.5 per week (this can be flexible)
*Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and support a small team of housekeepers, managing daily task allocations
*Train new staff in cleaning procedures and health & safety standards
*Maintain high standards in bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces
*Prepare and service study rooms, meeting areas, and event spaces
*Monitor stock levels and request supplies when needed
*Handle basic admin tasks such as delivery notes and post
*Manage laundry orders and linen supplies
