Personal Tax Senior - Worcestershire - up to £40,000

Your Role as a Personal Tax Senior: As a key member of the tax team, you’ll take responsibility for managing a personal tax portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of compliance and advisory services.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, build strong working relationships, and support junior colleagues through review and mentor-ship. You’ll also contribute to identifying planning opportunities and supporting the wider tax team on technical matters.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: * At least 2 years of experience managing a personal tax portfolio within practice.
* Strong technical knowledge across a range of personal tax matters.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* ATT, ACCA or CTA qualifications (or studying towards) would be an advantage, as would experience with CCH, trusts, or employment taxes.
