Permanent | £26,000 - £28,000 + Benefits
Hybrid working (Client Site Visits in South Wales twice per month)

The Role
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be at the heart of delivering first-class service to clients ensuring their staffing needs are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and clients to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
*Acting as the main point of contact for client queries via phone, email and live chat
*Building trusted relationships and ensuring a world-class customer experience
*Managing vacancy postings, timesheet approvals, and compliance checks
*Providing training and support to clients on internal systems and processes
*Using data to identify insights, resolve service issues, and drive improvements
*Collaborating with business managers to achieve commercial targets
What We’ are Looking For
Essential:
*Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
*Excellent Customer Service skills
*A good understanding of recruitment
*Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
*Comfortable interpreting data and using it to inform decisions
*Confident with MS Office and general business systems
*Car owner
Desirable:
*Knowledge of CRM/ATS platforms
*Awareness of compliance and regulatory standards in staffing
