We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join an exciting digital health service, supporting patients through telephone-based triage. This role is ideal for those with experience in care homes or hospital settings, who are confident in managing less complex cases and providing compassionate care remotely.
About the Role
*Handle non-urgent and less complex patient cases via telephone.
*Offer reassurance, guidance, and escalate concerns where necessary.
*Work on-site as part of a supportive clinical team.

What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a care home or hospital environment.
*Strong communication skills and ability to manage patient interactions over the phone.
*Confidence in recognising when to escalate to senior clinicians.
