Basic Salary: £25,000 – £35,000
On Target Earnings: £45,000 – £80,000

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the estate agency team.
*Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues across multiple offices to maximise lead conversion.
*Guide clients through the mortgage and protection process from initial consultation to completion.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, lenders, and market trends to deliver accurate and compliant advice.
*Ensure all activity complies with FCA regulations and company standards.
*Work proactively to achieve and exceed personal and company targets.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and authorised to provide mortgage advice.
*Proven experience in mortgage advising, ideally within an estate agency or brokerage environment.
*Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
*Target-driven and highly motivated to maximise every lead opportunity.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Confident working both independently and as part of a successful sales team.
