A market-leading and well-established organisation specialising in products and services is seeking an experienced financial controller to join their team on a permanent basis at their Preston office.
With a strong presence across the UK and Europe, the company is entering an exciting phase of scale-up and growth. As such, they are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on financial leader to oversee the accounting function and support strategic development.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial officer, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and shaping the future direction of the finance team, contributing to broader business strategy and leadership.
Your role as Financial Controller:
*Inventory and cost accounting
*Improvement of financial knowledge and controls
*Working with C level management
*Experience in payroll & processing and oversight
Requirements for the role:
*Qualified Accountant ACAACA/CIMACPA
*3 years+ experience
*Accounting systems knowledge
*Excellent technical accounting skills
*Knowledge of Accounting Acquisitions
Salary and benefits:
*£50-60k depending on experience
