Business Account Manager
Location: Slough
Sector: Construction & Surveying
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus + car
Elevation Recruitment Group is currently working in partnership with a market-leading manufacturer within the KBB industry to recruit a Account Manager to join their team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key business accounts, particularly within the construction and surveying sector. You’ll play a pivotal role in building long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of existing business clients, building strong, lasting relationships
*Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sector
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and project delivery
*Track performance against targets and report on account activity
Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience in account management, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or B2B environments
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-led approach
*A track record of achieving commercial goals and growing accounts
