This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a thriving business where you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a fully office based role based in Wakefield.
Key Responsibilities:
*Take responsibility to prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, MI and insightful commentary
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
*Produce meaningful analysis to guide business decisions and performance
*Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
*Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver financial insight and support
*Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
About You:
*Ideally AAT / ACCA / CIMA Studier with experience with end to end management accounts
*Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
*Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
*Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with finance and non-finance teams
*Advanced Excel skills
