Part Time Temporary Accounts Administrator - £14 - £15 per hour based in Bisley, Surrey

Temp initially for at least 6 months with a view to extension and possibly permanent

Hours: 3 days per week, 9:00 to 15:00 (flexible)

The role

Support accurate invoice processing, reconciliations, and record-keeping in our finance system.

Key duties
*Process and validate supplier invoices
*Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents
*Check rates, dates, quantities, and additional charges
*Raise and post credit notes where needed
*Reconcile supplier statements with Accounts Payable
*Maintain clear financial records and provide simple exception updates
You’ll need
*Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
*Confidence checking invoices and performing basic reconciliations
*Clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
*Experience in accounts payable is desirable
*Comfortable using accounting software – training provided
