We’re seeking a qualified solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join our clients respected Real Estate team in their Canterbury office. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and support across:
*Leasehold enfranchisement
*Freehold acquisitions and disposals
*General commercial and residential property transactions
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates with:
*Strong expertise in long leasehold matters, including:
*Lease extensions
*Collective enfranchisement
*Service and maintenance charge disputes

*A solid understanding of County Court and Property Tribunal procedures
*Broader experience in commercial property law
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
