G2 Legal is working with an established Glasgow law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This is an opportunity to join a practice with over 60 years of experience in property law.
Role Requirements:
The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a caseload of residential property transactions, guiding clients through the conveyancing process from instruction to settlement.
Experience:
*Scottish qualified solicitor with conveyancing experience (NQs considered)
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Experience handling residential property transactions through to completion
Skills:
*Attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach
*Excellent client communication skills with an empathetic manner
*Confident working independently whilst contributing to team objectives
*Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
