Location: Hucknall – Nottingham
Salary: Dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join a respected and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with substantial experience in family law to manage complex cases, provide expert legal advice and contribute to the growth of the practice.
The Role:
You will provide high-quality legal advice across a range of family law matters, managing your own caseload independently while supporting the development and success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide legal advice on divorce, financial settlements and private children matters
*Manage a busy and complex caseload from instruction to resolution with minimal supervision
*Engage in business development and client relationship activities
*Ensure compliance with firm policies, AML requirements and professional regulations
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in family law
*Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
*Confident managing complex cases independently
*Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
*Commercially aware and proactive in business development
