Job Description:
Personal Assistant – Executive Support - 6 Month FTC - Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm WFH with occasional visits to the London Office

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two of their Executive Directors. This is a pivotal role at the heart of business operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-level support to the Executive team, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
*Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, prioritising meetings and scheduling time for strategic planning.
*Act as a key liaison between the Executive, senior leaders, and wider teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
*Take ownership of operational and administrative tasks, including minute-taking, action tracking and correspondence.
*Lead on specific projects and initiatives, delivering outcomes to a high standard and on time.
*Maintain procedures to support the efficient running of the Executive office.
*Support senior leader recruitment and onboarding processes.
*Be the first point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
*Proven experience in a similar PA or EA role, supporting senior leaders.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
*Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and reprioritise quickly.
*High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
*Comfortable using MS Teams, PowerPoint, and other systems to produce documents and presentations.
*Understanding of financial administration and budgets.
*Experience or interest in working with people with additional needs is desirable.
