What You’ll Be Doing*Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 during wraparound hours
*Creating a safe, welcoming environment before and after school
*Assisting with activities that promote emotional wellbeing and engagement
*Working 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and routine
*Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to ensure consistent care
*Bringing warmth, initiative, and a nurturing presence every day
*Upholding safeguarding responsibilities with professionalism
What We’re Looking For*Level 3 Teaching Assistant
*A candidate who is looking for wrap around hours
*Experience working with children in a primary or similar setting
*A genuine passion for education and pupil development
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Reliability and commitment to weekday wraparound hours
*A positive attitude and a great sense of humour
We also welcome candidates with:
*Health & Social Care background (with school experience or phonics knowledge)
*Unqualified TAs with relevant classroom experience
*Additional training such as Team Teach, PRICE, or Moving & Handling
