*Project Management: Efficiently manage HR projects, leveraging your strong IT and HRIS skills to enhance system efficiencies.

*Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in a senior HR role, with a focus on both people strategy and operational HR management.

*Analytical Thinker: You possess strong analytical and data analysis skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and HR/Payroll systems.
