My client has a fantastic opportunity in their Group Finance Team based in the city of London. This is a challenging role, reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, in which you will be involved in financial reporting and consolidation, analysis, process formalisation, and external reviews.

Description
*Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
*Coordinate and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
*Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
*Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with tax advisors as needed.
*Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
*Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
*Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to improve financial efficiency.
Profile
A successful Group Accountant should have:
*Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
*Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
*Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £600000 to £650000
*Bonus of up to 10%.
