Our client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Commercial Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team based near Covent Garden in Central London. Work Arrangement: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in the office.
What You’ll Do:
*Prepare regular reporting and analysis, producing reports that include relevant and insightful commentary and analysis.
*Support in the budgeting, planning and reforecasting processes, meeting with revenue and cost P&L holders across the business to discuss findings with the Head of FP&A for use in the budget cycle.
*Build strong business partnering relationships with other teams throughout the wider business to develop best practice tools, models, and processes that enhance the analytical capabilities of the FP&A function.
*Proactively work with the FP&A team to improve current or introduce new processes to develop the FP&A function.
What You Bring:
*3-5 years of experience in financial modelling, problem solving, and business partnering.
*Strong attention to detail with a commitment to reporting accuracy.
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI databases and dashboards.
*An enthusiastic and personable approach to working with stakeholders at all levels.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
*Experience in developing business cases and driving process improvements.
*Familiarity with emerging technologies or methodologies in financial analysis.
*Industry-specific knowledge in finance or betting.
Experience Required:
*3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and analysis.
Education:
*Finalist or newly qualified accountant.
