We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Control Team Leader for a prestigious manufacturer in Elland to deliver exceptional standards across inspection, measurement, and documentation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest technical and customer requirements - from raw material inspection through to final release.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Control team to meet daily business priorities.
*Drive efficiency and effectiveness across all QC activities.
*Provide technical expertise in measurement, inspection, and test methods.
*Perform dimensional, visual, and surface inspections on components and assemblies.
*Conduct surface finish, hardness, and PMI checks.
*Maintain and control calibration of inspection and test equipment.
*Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company procedure
