Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
*provide technical support to feasibility work
*prepare and develop Building information models
*liaise with consultants for the preparation of design information
*produce design drawing and reports for building regulation checks
*design and develop technical drawing packages.
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
*Relevant degree within architecture
*Significant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Revit
*Registration with CIAT is desirable
*Job running experience is essential
*Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
