Senior Paraplanner – Rugby, Warwickshire
We’re currently working with a highly regarded wealth management practice seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their growing team based in Rugby. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a collaborative and professional environment, with 1 day working from home (four days in the office).
As a key member of the technical team, you’ll work closely with advisers and administrators to deliver exceptional financial planning support across high-net-worth clients - investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, client-focused environment and enjoys being the "go-to" person for technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities*Deliver high-quality technical paraplanning support to ensure clients receive robust, compliant, and tailored financial strategies.
*Collaborate with advisers to identify opportunities for effective financial planning and source appropriate solutions. Communicate with Administrators to deliver the advice process.
*Prepare detailed financial plans and reports, including cashflow modelling, investment strategies, and technical calculations.
*Conduct in-depth product research and comparisons using systems such as FE Analytics and Voyant.
*Maintain ownership of cases from start to finish, ensuring all recommendations meet compliance and quality standards.
*Support post-review case work, assist with client meeting preparation, and handle technical queries.
*Stay up to date with changes in legislation, regulation, and internal templates/processes.

Skills & Experience*Minimum of 3 years’ paraplanning experience within a wealth management or SJP environment.
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards) – Chartered status desirable.
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, IHT, and trusts.
*Confident using research and financial planning tools (e.g. FE Analytics, Voyant).
*Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and numeracy skills.
*Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
