Job Description:
Conveyancing Paralegal
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)
TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well-established law firm with offices in Wiltshire who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is seeking to develop their legal career within a supportive and reputable firm.
The Role
As a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing department, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of client matters. Typical duties will include:
*Compiling and sending out draft contract packs
*Drafting documents such as AP1s and TR1s
*Requesting property searches and managing SDLT submissions
*Liaising with HM Land Registry and third parties
*Chasing outstanding enquiries and communicating with clients
*Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, organised, and proactive individual with at least one year’s experience in residential conveyancing. You should be able to demonstrate:
Personal Attributes:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
*A professional and client-focused approach
Key Skills:
*Experience with legal case management systems and online tools (SDLT, Land Registry)
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
*IT proficiency and adaptability
*Positive, proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning and development
