Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
£26,000 - £27,000 DOE
A busy and well-established business in Ipswich is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join the team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Main Responsibilities:
*Handling incoming calls and responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
*Booking staff training sessions and maintaining accurate training records
*Managing spreadsheets and generating reports to support business operations
*Collating information for reports
*Coordinating appointments and documentation
*Supporting stock control processes and general office administration
Requirements:
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
*Flexibility to assist with additional tasks as and when required
*Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
