Key Responsibilities:
*Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
*Support emotional and social needs, promoting independence where possible.
*Administer medication and record care notes accurately (as required).
*Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
*Follow care plans and company policies to ensure consistent, high-standard care.
*Report any changes in residents’ conditions promptly to senior staff.
Requirements:
* 3 Years previous experience in care
*Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
