One of the UK’s best-known and well-loved charities and institutions is currently seeking a new Financial Reporting & Commercial Manager to oversee a team of Finance Business Partners and a Financial Accountant. This is a broad role that will focus on Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Financial Accounts & Controls. It will be a hybrid position, with at least one day per week required in the Central London offices, and will offer a salary of up to £68,000 per annum.

The Financial Reporting & Commercial Manager will be responsible for:
*Working with the Finance Business Partners to business-partner key stakeholders across the organisation, producing budgets, forecasts and advising and influencing their approach to finance
*Producing consolidated budgets and forecasts for the organisation and contributing to board papers
*Long-term financial planning for the organisation
*Working with the Financial Accountant and Business Partners to ensure a smooth month-end process
*Alongside the Financial Accountant, leading on the year-end accounts preparation and overseeing the annual audit


The ideal Financial Reporting & Commercial Manager will:
*Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
*Have experience business-partnering senior non-finance stakeholders
*Have exposure to statutory accounts preparation and/or external audits
*Have experience mentoring and managing colleagues
