My client is a long-established and market-leading brokerage operating in the commercial insurance space. They provide a broad range of products to a large customer base spanning SMEs through to large corporate organisations.
In this SME focused role, you will assume overall responsibility for their contact centre, leading and developing trading, operational excellence and customer experience. You will be required to drive broking and sales strategy, lead relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the business offers superior insurance solutions across their SME target market.
The preferred candidate will come from a broking background and possess strong technical and leadership experience. Ideally you will possess operational management skills including both direct and indirect reports. although appropriate applicants with leadership experience and strong technical knowledge will be considered.
