Your Role:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD)
*Assist class teachers in delivering personalised learning and care plans
*Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Support pupils’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
*Be a reliable and consistent presence for schools during periods of staff absence
Requirements:
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or Supporting Teaching and Learning
*Previous experience working with SEN pupils in an education setting (Preferred but not essential)
*A flexible, compassionate, and proactive approach
*Available 5 days a week
*Must hold a full UK driving licence OR be able to access transport
