Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a short-term opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to make a real impact from day one.
?? Key Responsibilities: *Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
*Managing payment runs and ensuring timely payments
*Supporting month-end close activities
*Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries
? What We’re Looking For: *Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Available to start immediately
