A leading regional law firm is seeking a talented and driven Litigation Solicitor with 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its dynamic Dispute Resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and forward thinking environment.
Role Overview:
In this role you will handle a broad range of contentious litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation and civil claims. The role offers exposure to high quality work and the chance to build long term client relationships.
Location & Flexibility:
This position can be based out of either the Horsham or Brighton office, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available to support work life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
*Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings
*Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver excellent client service
Your Requirements:
*3 to 5 years PQE in litigation
*Strong technical knowledge of dispute resolution processes
*Excellent communication and client-handling skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A proactive and commercially minded approach
