Group Health and Safety Manager
Job Description
*Develop, implement and monitor health & safety policies across the group, ensuring compliance and consistency with current legislation.
*Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and incident investigations to identify and prevent workplace hazards.
*Promote a positive safety culture by engaging employees in continuous improvement and awareness of their responsibilities.
*Deliver and coordinate training programs for employees, contractors and new starters
*Lead safety committees and reporting, maintaining accurate records and serving as the main contact for external bodies.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
*Well versed with developing health and safety policies, procedures, risk assessments and safety audits.
*Previous worked within a manufacturing or distribution environment
*Full UK driving license
