A Corporate Tax Associate is needed to work within a newly established Corporate Tax office for a Top-40 Accountancy firm. The ideal candidates should be experienced in managing elements of a portfolio and hold an associate-level position or equivalent.

Description
*Build and maintain tax relationships with clients including owner-managed SMEs and medium sized groups.
*Work with Corporate Finance colleagues to provide tax input into due diligence projects
*Work with managers on advisory projects and transaction support
*Develop own and colleagues’ professional abilities
*Provide an exceptional level of client service
*Prepare and review computations and liaise with specialists on technical matters
*Manage client’s corporate tax affairs including payments, enquiries and providing ad hoc advice
*Support colleagues dealing with complex groups and technical issues
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Associate should have:
*An ATT/ACA/ACCA Qualification.
*Part-Qualified or Qualified CTA.
*Proven experience in an associate role or equivalent within a tax department (Mixed Tax or Corporation Tax).
*Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, i.e. payroll taxes & SDLT.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in using tax software and digital tools.
