Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Manager, working for a national property management company. This role requires 3 days on site in Tamworth and 2 days in the Birmingham office, or roaming around 10-20 sites within Birmingham.

The Facilities Manager role:

Duties include but are not limited to:
*Managing relationships with tenants
*Ensure maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner
*Liaise with contractors and landscapers
*First point of contact for all tenants

The successful individual will have:
*MUST have 3 years’ experience within a similar role
*EXCEPTIONAL communication skills
*IOSH, NEBOSH certified
*MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
