Sales Executive – New Homes

Basic Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + OTE £55,000–£60,000

Hours: Full-time, including weekends (with midweek days off)

Sector: Residential Property / New Homes Sales

Are you passionate about property and ready to guide customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives?
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to help buyers find their perfect home while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to key handover.

�? What you’ll be doing: *Guide customers through the home-buying journey — from first enquiry to completion
*Secure reservations, exchanges and completions in line with monthly targets
*Qualify leads, assess customer affordability, and promote trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors
*Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems such as Sales Seek and YourKeys
*Liaise with construction, legal, and marketing teams to ensure homes are ready for completion
*Conduct home demonstrations, key handovers, and support site launches and marketing events
*Stay informed on local market trends and competitor developments
?? What we’re looking for: *Proven experience in new homes or residential property sales
*Good understanding of the conveyancing and mortgage process
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Highly organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
*Comfortable using CRM and reporting tools
*Committed to compliance and delivering a five-star customer experience
